Tofu, freshly made from domestic soybeans every morning, and fresh vegetables bought from the market are mixed with KOUJI’s homemade pickled plum sauce. Find the most primitive sense of taste through the sweet and sour refreshing texture.
Tofu is made with 100% non-GMO, pesticide-free and friendly cultivated soybeans found in southern Taiwan. Four water purification systems are used to filter the water for cooking soy milk, without adding chemical anti-foaming agent, preservatives and any chemical additives.
After soy milk is completed, it is added with natural bittern from Zhou Nan Salt Field in Chiayi. Compared to gypsum, bittern contains natural trace minerals and has a bit of a salty taste. It is used to make fresh and firm tofu/dried tofu.
