100% domestic non-GMO, pesticide-free and friendly cultivated soybeans of “HIDEKAWA Domestic Soybean Products”, a quality food store of CAN Culture, Art & Nature, are used to make the soy milk without adding chemical anti-foaming agent. Saponins are removed manually throughout the entire process. Four water purification systems are used to filter the water for cooking, without adding preservatives or any chemical additives. Fresh ingredients, including Sanixa Biluochun tea powder, Dajia taro, amazake and chestnut pumpkin, are added to create an unexpected flavor of handmade soy milk.


HIDEKAWA, a quality store of CAN Culture, Art & Nature, checks every production detail carefully. We insist on screening and picking out soybeans manually to eliminate impurities from affecting the quality of our soy milk. Soybeans are bathed overnight before grinding and steaming. During the process, no antifoaming agents or thickeners are added. After the concentration is tested to standard, it is filtered once by machine and once by hand to produce Grade 10 soy milk that is the most natural and the purest Taiwanese flavor.
