Sanxia met an electromechanical engineer twenty years ago, and the engineer became the owner of a hand-pour café five years ago. As such, Su Fu Lab officially branded in the City of Sanxia, becoming a piece of memory from Sanxia for travelers.
Speaking of Su Fu Lab, I always sense that I can see a trace of a smile on the owner's eyes. The name "書福(sufu)” originated from the English “sufu,” which means comfortable in Chinese. And it happened that “comfortable” was what we felt for the store. With the bright sunlight slanting in, we walked into the store and closed the glass door. At that second, the door blocked all the traffic noises from the outside, and it was like entering into another world; the scenery outside suddenly also became milder due to the silence. Looking at the shadow of trees on the sidewalks, the city suddenly became like a painting.
You can smell the taste of hand-poured coffee from the waves of the air, which rattles our bodies. Upon sipping the coffee, such restless was thus quenched. In a Summer afternoon, everything became tranquil. The cheesecake was a classic as well; the smooth and delicate texture as well as the milky fragrance of the cheesecake, together with the bitter aftertaste of the coffee. We tasted a full mouthful of rich fragrance.

When talking about the course of starting a business in Sanxia, the owner had his pain and was once feeling indecisive, which required an enormous amount of courage. However, it was a power of momentum, he did not overthink, and kept up to the concept of "do it, and it will be okay!"
